Description: Courtney is a small girl, but she is tough and fast. Her hair is a jet black color. Her eyes are brown, and due to her powers, they change colors slightly. She is always wears a necklace with a C on it and a surfer looking bracelet on her left wrist. She always wear a faded blue jacket and some kind of vintage t shirt and jeans.
Personality: Courtney is always curious and in a state of wanting to know more, always interested in how things work, why it happens, and all of that stuff. Or course, her powers didn't really bother her, as she found a way to mix them into her life. She only used her powers for helping others if they needed it or for simple tasks. Of course after the 'incident', she became more shy and afraid, sheltering herself into her own home and not being able to trust anyone. She of course, is slowly starting to come out of her shell.
History: When Courtney was in high school, she was a great student, great personality, and also kind of a great athlete. She tried not to use her powers too much, and as stated above, she fitted them into her daily routine. As she was in college, she met a man named Wyatt. He was the perfect man, nice, sweet, caring, and smart. Courtney loved him. But one day, Courtney saw Wyatt in trouble, nearly drowning while out at the lake. The only thing she could do was use her powers. So thats what she did. But it was a bad choice, as Wyatt turned out to be working with the government. He took her to a base, and the rest of the agents would run tests on her. Many were painful, cruel, and dangerous. But one day Courtney escaped, and moved away. She became nervous, shy, and scared. She is slowly recovering, teaching herself new things and motivating herself.
