Maple Ridge is a large city, known for its sucsessful sports teams and many buisness headquarters. There are many places to go in the city, including the Tall Tower, which is 97 floors high. Also, there are many fancy resturaunts in town, including the 5 star Le Felicit, which is known for its many soups and desserts. The city also has a nice, quiet sub-burb surrounding it, which has many houses and a large park. Near the sub-burbs is lake Monroe, a nice place to come and relax. You can rent a boat out form the harbor, or visit the Lakeside Fair. There are many attractions, including a ferris wheel, hanglider rides, the Music Express and the Splash Coaster, a roller coaster that goes over and on the water.
