f r e y y a ! Freyya wasn't a dumb woman. She did have a brain between her ears, and it was a pretty good one at that. But when the teenaged blind kit started babbling on about this and that and tossing pretty light effects and conjured items around, she had to admit that she didn't know what the heck was going on. "Wha?" she babbled dazedly. "This is..." Freyya looked at the gauntlet of ice on her arm. It was pretty, but cold, and she worried about it melting all over her. Still, the strangeness of it captivated her, and by the time she looked up again, the blind kid was handing her some kind of stone tablet. Then, without waiting around, he vanished from sight.
"Oh... What a strange boy." Apparently shrugging off the occurrence, she looked back at the strange ice creation on her wrist. It was getting pretty uncomfortable, so she slid it off, and deciding that she couldn't really keep it anywhere without it melting, simply deposited it on the ground. It's pretty, she thought, but I can't keep it. Too bad he left before I could give it back to him. The tablet she could keep, but she was hesitant to. Would it be incriminating if anyone found it? She didn't know, but since she had already doffed the gauntlet, she figured she might as well keep blind-boy's other gift. Freyya slid the small tablet into her bag.
It was a good thing the night was fairly warm so far. She hadn't been planning on standing around for this long, and she didn't want to get cold. Eye-Candy's outfit did look rather chilly, though. Idly she wondered if the lingerie-wearing heroine fought crime during the winter months. "I'm ok," she said to the man who had remained behind. "A little shaken-up, though. I think I'll accept that offer of a drink." Turning her face up at her rescuer, Freyya looked expectantly at the woman to await her response. Was she planning on taking them in her costume? Somehow Freyya doubted that she would be allowed in. But she didn't question the taller brunette's offer, since she really could use a drink.

Adrian stared at the boy along with the others. ID cards.. ice.. breaking? He just didn't get the kid. But soon he vanished, which somewhat relived Adrian. "What the hell was that all about?" he asked the others, wondering if they had the same idea about the kid. He then stared at the things he had given one of the girls, which he had heard him say that they could track them or something. "You gonna keep those?" he asked, staring at the trash can against the wall, where he thought she might but those things.
Adrian thought it was time for him to leave too, as he was getting tired and didn't have much purpose hanging around here anymore. "Well, see you guys. Stay safe." He winked, trying to leave the impression of his ladies man side as he headed towards his bike.

With her eyes only occasionally flicking to the kid, Matthias, Nerina didn't really pay much attention to what he said. He was only explaining what his powers did, which he'd clearly stated before that he didn't want anyone to know. Hypocrite, she thought moodily, looking back at the older guy who was still younger than her. She accepted his compliments with good grace, even winking at him when he finished talking. Nope, the bartender guy wasn't half bad-looking, even experienced at flirting. Perhaps in any other situation she might go after him, but tonight she had higher priorities, and besides, she wasn't exactly dressed for the occasion.
Suddenly that Matthias guy had produced three square chip things. He handed them to the three standing around, explained something about ID cards, and then was gone. Nerina was left blinking, staring after him. She eyed her ID card or whatever cautiously. Did he want her to join him or something? Umm, she'd have to pass on that one. Eye-Candy was a one-woman team. No other allowed, especially not teenage boys who dropped out of school. With a grimace, she tossed the stone aside just as the bartender asked them if either of them were going to keep it. "Gonna have to say no thanks to that one," she said by way of reply, not even bothering to put the stone in the trash. It was a rock; it looked perfectly at home there on the street.
It was then that Nerina noticed that the girl she'd just rescued was no longer standing by her. At least, she couldn't see her in her peripheral vision. What?! Had she just upped and left without even accepting or declining her offer? How incredibly rude! The heroine turned a enraged brown gray gaze to where, moments ago, the girl had been standing.
But wait. She was still there. Her anger melted into confusion, and she gave the girl an odd glance. Huh. Okay then.
And now that she was looking at the girl, she finally answered Nerina's question and accepted her offer of taking her for a drink. It was then that the man still remaining took his leave, telling them to stay safe and winking, which Nerina responded to with a dazzling smile. "Great, then. I gotta go change, though. Take me two minutes. That guy probably won't be up and moving for a while, so if you kinda linger near him the other bad guys that lurk around at night will think you're a badass for knocking out some rapist and will leave you alone." With that, she teleported back to the dumpster and grabbed her other clothes, then hurriedly poofed home.
She began rushing about -- she had some stuff laying around just in case something like this happened -- and hurried to put brown contacts in her eyes whilst pulling on a tiny black dress. Dark black eyeliner and heavy mascara went on and was joined by fire red lipstick. And then she found her old boyfriend's dorky glasses and, with a shrug, put them on too for a final touch. Now the girl still wouldn't know who she was. She never wore make up - or contacts or glasses for that matter -- so this shouldn't be too difficult. No matter the fact that she may go blind from the interesting eyesight adjustments.
In three minutes flat she'd reappeared by the girl, fully clothed while still remaining disguised. "So, hun, what's your name?" she finally asked. "I like to know the names of my dates." This was intended as an attempt to lighten the mood -- even so, she still winked.
She was Nerina -- Eye-Candy -- after all.
